Terms of Use

By using SuperQuiz you agree to these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: apple.com/legal/.../stdeula.

The service

SuperQuiz provides AI-generated study material (flashcards, quizzes, syllabi, tutoring). AI output can contain mistakes — always verify important facts against your official syllabus and textbooks. SuperQuiz is a study aid, not a substitute for your school's official materials.

Subscriptions

• SuperQuiz Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly, or annual with a free trial where offered), charged to your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no offensive usernames, no attempts to cheat leaderboards or battles, no reverse engineering, and no use of the AI features to generate harmful content. You can report or block other users from the leaderboard or friends list; we may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You retain rights to documents you upload. You grant us the limited right to process them to generate your study material. Only upload material you are allowed to use.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, including exam outcomes.
