- Subscriptions & refunds: purchases are handled by Apple. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Account deletion: delete your account and all data instantly in the app (Profile → Delete Account), or email us from your account address and we'll delete it within 30 days.
- Reporting a user: long-press any user on the leaderboard or your friends list to report or block them. We review reports within 24 hours.
